Elli Mac Salon is located at 52 Southwest Highway next to the Waroona Newsagency with a beautiful Mural on the side.

Bookings can be made with our online booking system, by telephone and via the facebook. If you’re not sure what you would like, please book the closest service. Service prices are a guide and the girls with quote you before the service is started. Elli Mac Salon reserves the right to update or change any prices at any time

Changes and cancellations can be made online up until 48 hours before your appointment time. You can call and if we don’t answer or are on the phone please leave a voicemail to change or cancel. You can also text the salon mobile.

  • A non-refundable deposit is taken on all online bookings. Your deposit can be held for your next booking when giving over 48 hours notice, you must rebook your next appointment if you’d like to keep your deposit.
  • You will lose your deposit if you change, reschedule or cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.
  • Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 50% unless we are able to fill your appointment.  Please be considerate of our stylists and other clients wanting an appointment when booking your appointment.

We have a strict No Show Policy and you will be invoiced 100% of your bill if you do not turn up to your appointment

We provide a professional service with respect for our clients and our staff if you are rude or mistreat a client or staff member we will not tolerate any disrespectful behaviour and have no problem refusing your business.

Parking is available outside the salon on the street. You can park where you like as it is council property not the other businesses property. We also have some parking at the rear of the salon.

Gift vouchers can be purchased and are valid for 6 months and are only redeemable on services unless otherwise noted on the voucher.

They can be purchased in store, over the phone and emailed out.

We love feedback! We are passionate about delivering a professional service and looking after you. If you have had a good experience let us know and we will pass this onto our team and celebrate. If you haven’t had a good experience please let us know too so that we can take steps to address the issue and resolve it. You’re opinion matters to us. But the customer is not always right so if you are rude or disrespectful on the phone you may not get what you were after. After every appointment we send a review email that rates our services. We personally read every one. You can stay anonymous or enter your details.

We do not offer refunds on hair services but we are happy to redo and fix any mistakes free of charge if there is something not quite to your liking regarding your hair. This is never an uncomfortable experience and we prefer to fix it for you and make you 100% happy your new doo Our redo policy is that you must be able to come back in within 7 days of your appointment if left longer there may be a service charge

We are a team of perfectionists here at Elli Mac Salon. Our hair colourist appointments that include a cut and blow-dry are approximately two to three hours. You could be with us for two hours, and it could be up to four or five. We can discuss this in your consultation.

We accept ZIPPAY, AFTERPAY, cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept payment via American Express or Diners Club Card.

Yes, we have an automated text confirmation system. If you do not receive a confirmation text 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, please feel free to contact us.
